whats this called....?
i have a few questions wats its called when you use your bow and do TINY TINY movements by moving your writst very fast making very very short notes (used in korobushka in the beggining) wats it called when ,..(soo hard to explain) (in RAH concert, in korobushka, gay-yee pushes her finger down the finger board and the fingers kinda lifts up, so the note goes high up and fineshes..) omg, i cant explain this and one more thin, wats it caleed when you slide your finger slowly down/ up the finger board (used in Fuego in the slow part) haylie starts very high and slowly slide her finger up making the notes getting lower.. THANKS YOU GUYS

SainouKawaii- 12-27-2004

I know Gay-Yee's is a "baby" which is 50! I guess my instrument is not born yet, and Haylie's violin is ober 100 years old... but I don't know what kinda I can't recall from the article I read!

I've read that Haylie has an authentic Guaneri from somewhere. She's mentioned that her violin cost more than her house so it's quite likely...
