So how are we celebrating Xmas this year, or the holidays? Here in Australia its the summer its getting real hot, and you know its summer when those 'summer' shows come on TV. LOL. I'll probably be taking frequent trips to the beach too, but nuffing special. I dont fink we'll be going overseas this year LOL. I know in America its Winter, so probably uz'll be skiiing all day and night ;)

I find it so cool that your x-mas is hot and ours is frerezing! We got our first snow here in IL this year on Wednesday.

hot? u mean SCORCHING hot! geez...its burning here in christmas LOL. wierd, since snow is a figure of christmas LOL. here its all day in da beach, and staying in shopping centres ('malls') for air conditioning! AAAH!

Here christmas, is great not hot but not cold either, and with refreshing wind all the day, i love it.

Question for all those south of the equator... In US anyways we get the summer off of school. Do you get the summer (hot season, in case I'm screwing this up) off?

yes bass cass, we do take it off during da summer. just like you do. luckily summer is also when christmas is :)

YES only 3 and a half days of school!!!!!!! we get about 6 weeks off then i think??? but i cant wait because its summer and i'm going to an island which prob no-one out of Aus has heard of called Rotnest for new year and about 10 days around that with a friend!!!! woooooooohoooooo!!!! and my friend is planning on winning her bet that she has on me which is a tad random but i'll share it anyway...... she bet me 50 australian cents that i will get asked out by the end of the year!!! i mean....OK...... but i hav a sneaky suspicion that I am the one who will win! which is good and bad... but anyway

OOOOHHHHH! Your bet is so cute! :D It reminds me of my summer before last! Have super crazy fun on that island! I unfortunately have 10 days of school before my two week winter break. :cry:

Finally i get out of school, only one more year and i will to the University 8) The problem is that i could not enjoy my vacations until a week or two, because today i had a surgery on my teeth, so i can't go out or eat almost anything, only cold and soft things :roll: but well at least i have my xbox :lol: :lol:

here in australia, we get 6 weeks off during the summer. LoL. it really isnt a lot actually, it flies by real quickly. And sometimes it does get boring ... sometimes if i've got nowhere 2 go i actually enjoy buying school supplies LOL :lol:

only six weeks? we get nine... thank goodness too. School is killing me (mostly English)...

9 weeks! and i thought six weeks was a lot. do you have end of term holidays as well? here we have end of term holz, which run for 2 weeks, so in total theres 2 + 2 + 2 + 6 = 12 weeks holiday per year.
