i'm with the band
Hey guys! THought you might like to know that I joined the jazz band at my school. I have only been to one practice so far, but it seems like it will be pretty fun. I am the only double bass, but there are two or three bass guitars. This is my first experience with playing jazz, so this should be rather interesting. 8)

wee, i like jass piano, though double basses really give it the full jazz feelin to anysong. congrats to u!

well done! i love the jazz band! sadly though... there are no strings in ours! i mean really.. violins can so play jazz just as well as a saxophone can!

I quit. I had too much else to do between bass lessons, cello lessons, chamber orchestra, and homework. It is kind of sad, but I would have had to quit when track started anyways.

thats a bit of a shame :( but oh well theres always other years!
