i know how you feel sonja LoL! I guess all we can do now is TRY and get REAL good at our instrument which, hopefully, won't take long. i once asked my violin teacher "wats the difference between starting young and starting old? when ur young ur brain isnt fully developed and when ur old ur brain is fully developed so there shouldn't be any difference" and she said that when ur young, you get a 'coordination' of your instrument which is harder to get when your older. hmmm

Yeah. When you learn an instrument when your brain is still developing, it sort of develops into your brain. Your brain is not as willing to learn when you are old.

i agree, its amazing how when ur parents speak to you in a langauge, you grow up with all the information and its its jsut locked up oin ur head, and its like, we had no teachers, they jsut spoke to you, and you no the language. thats why its hard to study langauges when ur old, its just harder to sit down and study now bak to strings i wasted like 3 months on the guitaar, i didnt like it, well i did, but i was forced to pla it, violin is soo cool, ma mum is gonna let me learn the cello when i read 8th grade for piano (ANOTHER 2 YRS!!!)
