Harmonics Just to end some confusion that I use to make, and my friends use to too, when a score has Harmonics and Real Notes as a chord, it simply means you place your finger on the Real Note, and play the harmonic as a harmonic (lightly touch the string), so one finger is pressing hard on the string, and the other isn't.
HAHAH i used to think that it was a chord, so you play the real note and the harmonic at the same time. Silly Me.
I found this out after having a proper look at Monti's Czardas. A masterpiece!

yep, th ose are called artificial harmonics, natural harmonics are teh ones that you just lightly press, but artifical is the ones that require you to press down a note then touch teh string lightly

yeah...it took me a looooong time to work out harmonics...im only just mastering the art of actually playing them!

Im going to a day camp for a strolling orchestra that i joined, and we have a song where we use harmonics alot. At first i was like "What the" And it was then explained to me I was like "That means harmonic??"
Anyways, just thought I'd say somthing after my long period of silence.. Im exhausted.. 8 hrs a day of practicing at this camp.... ZZZzzzZZZzzz
